1. Course catalog statistics menues as admin:
- On the course catalog page, the course catalog statistics menu displays the following metrics:
- Total Courses: Shows the total number of courses created.
- Courses with Enrollments: Shows the number of courses that have at least one enrolled user.
- Courses without Enrollments: Shows the number of courses with zero enrolled users.
- Completion Rate: Displays the percentage of users who have completed their courses.
- Active Learners: Shows the number of users who have viewed a course within the last 30 days.
- New Courses (30d): Shows the number of courses created in the past 30 days.
- Average Rating: Displays the average rating given by users after completing a course.
2. Course catalog statistics menues as user:
- On the course catalog page, the course catalog statistics menues displays the following metrics:
- Enrolled Courses: Shows the number of users enrolled in courses.
- In Progress Courses: Shows how many users currently have courses in progress.
- Completed Courses: Shows the total number of users who have completed their courses.
- Certificates Earned: Shows the number of users who have completed certificate activities within courses.
- Learning Hours: Shows the total number of learning hours earned.
3. Maya chatbot embedded:
- When the user clicks anywhere outside the chatbot window, it should close.
- A space should appear between the “Audio” and “Full Screen” icons.
- After setting the icebreaker type to Embedded, the chatbot now displays the updated selected video and the updated icebreaker type correctly.
- When a user visits the page and opens the chatbot, all icebreakers configured for that specific page are now visible.
- The chatbot’s entire chat history can be viewed using the upward arrow icon.
4. Maya Teams Bot Integration:
- Admins can access the integration from Integration → Productivity Tools.
- Students can access it from Profile → Maya Teams Bot tab.
- Both user types get options to:
- Open in Microsoft Teams
- Download the bot
- On clicking Open in Microsoft Teams:
- Users can add the Maya bot (EVA)
- Sign in with their Microsoft account
- Complete authentication
- Once integrated:
- LMS account connects successfully
- Maya can answer LMS-related queries directly from Teams
5. Upgrade Pages Added:
- Upgrade pages have been added for existing users.
- When the user clicks the Upgrade button, the respective client instance will be upgraded accordingly.
6. Onboarding Checklist – UI Enhancements:
