Invite People

This feature was developed to ease the way of adding users that haven’t been added to the platform yet.

How to Invite People

  • In the left Navigation menu, click the “Manage People” option.

 

 

  • In the page where the user list will be displayed, type the email address of the user you want to add in the search bar.

 

 

  • If the user hasn’t been added, you will see the following message:

 

 

  • Click on the “Invite” button that will be activated.
  • A confirmation message will be displayed. After confirming this is the correct email address, click on “send”.

 

 

  • Once the invitation is sent, in the upper right corner a confirmation message will be displayed.

The invitation email received by the user will include:

  • The link to be followed to accept the invitation.
  • The username and password to access the portal.
