The quiz responses report may be viewed by clicking on the quiz with the “customize this page” on and then accessing Quiz administration (gear icon)> Results > Responses
The quiz responses report allows the instructor to see a table of answers for a quiz, with a row for each user. For example, it is possible to scroll down and see each user’s answer to the same question. Here are some examples:

It is also possible to show the question text or the right answer, to compare with the user’s response. This is helpful when the question is randomized.
For quizzes with Interactive question behavior, it is possible to display responses for the first, last or all tries a user makes:
