ILT stand for Instructor-led training. Using this activity user can create a session where the teacher can have a classroom(offline) meeting with enrolled students in course.
ILT Dashboard View
The dashboard has few variations with respect to the option they provide for different users. They are described below.
ILT Activity Dashboard for admin/teacher
Here you can see all upcoming and previous sessions for selected ILT activity.
The user gets information such session name, instructor name, cost center, date, time, capacity, status, options are displayed in the table format.
Options available for admin/teacher are
Edit: To edit the session setting.
Copy: This creates duplicate
Delete: To delete session
Attendees: It will redirect to attendees page where you can see the name of attendees. One can add/remove attendees for the session.
Cancel Booking: This option is available only if the status is wait-listed.
ILT Activity Dashboard for students
Most of the information displayed on the dashboard is similar to the admin/teacher except the options column. In “options” column students initially get sign-up using which user can raise a request to attend the session. Later on, user get options such as more info and cancel bookings.
