Learning plans block

The Learning plans block gives users quick access to any learning plans they may have:

Tip: The learning plans block may be set as a default block for all users on their Dashboard.

Those with the capability to view learning plans can see from the block which users have requested reviews and for which competencies:

Note: The Learning plans block is only visible to users if they have learning plans. It is only visible to instructors allowed to review competencies if they have any competencies needing review.
